Possibly. Before I jump on — is this base + commission, draw, or straight commission? And what's realistic ramp for someone new to your product line?
Great questions. Role is uncapped commission with a small ramp draw weeks 1–4 only (not a loan against future deals). Ramp is usually 45–60 days to first consistent closes if you're already field-comfortable.
Ok that helps. Territory exclusive or shared with another rep? I've been burned on overlap before.
